To the untrained eye we all just look SO happy in all the pictures but if you dare to take an even closer look you will see that in most of our pics it looks as if at least one of us is doing either a cheerleader pose or a silly face so I have put together a funny face collage.
Some of the 199 photos that we took, and I am so not kidding,( ONE HUNDRED AND NINETY NINE photos) seemed a bit confusing to me. See if you can help me figure out what in the heck is going on in some of these pictures????
So who is this guy in the back??? He just looks kind of like he wanted to be in this picture. He looks like he is posing. click on this picture to make it full screen and check out his expression.
What do you think Heather is talking about?? she looks so intense. I remember Steph saying look casual. this is NOT casual. What do you think she is saying??(I will give whoever has the most creative guess a candy bar.)
I'm not sure but I think we said something like "lets take one of us holding up our drinks" and somehow, mind you I don't want to point any fingers, but someone didn't hear us say drinks. Guess who.
So uh... like we said "lets take a picture of us holding up our DRINKS."
We had talked about giving out awards for the trip and if I was to come up with the awards they would have to be as follows:
Annie would get the cutest poser award
Every picture of her even the ones taken of her off guard are beautiful. And I am 99.9% positive that her acceptance speech would include a peace sign and an "R.I.P. Benny"
Debby would win the deadest inside award
Debbie told us all a story of how kevin couldent get her to laugh when he tickles her,when asked why she said totally deadpan "Because I'm dead inside" It was the catch phrase of the whole trip.
If asked for a speech she would probably clap her hands hysterically and give us a drill team move.
Steph would win the most spontaneous award
like I don't know jump into a shopping cart, kiss a parrot you know that kind of stuff even thought its a toss up between the most spontaneous and the best kissing story ever.
Sheryl would for sure win the best entertainer award.
She kept us entertained the whole time with her fun personality and impromptu game ideas.
I would win the most likely to take out Mohammad Ali in a fight award
I had so much fun!!! I love the ladies I went with and I cant wait till next year!!!

Hilarious! what a funny take on those photos--Loved the guy in the background and the "hyper" picture of Heather-- and as far as the "intense" photo of Heather-- she is talking about the sale at Kohls and how she is going to buy new wash cloths for her bathrooms--

And WHY does Annie look so hot all the time when she came on the trip with PINK EYE? Life is sometimes SO UNFAIR. I thought that by sabbotaging her contacts and giving her a hot-pink eye I would finally be the hot one in the pictures. But noooooo.

Now, I KNOW that you remember that Heather was talking about how her husband and Vin Diesel are "So hot" and both have arms "This big around..."

And also. (I'll be done in a minute, bear with me) I thought you said to hold up a "Stink" in the picture and I was so confused. I didn't know whether to show my underarm or the tar-covered foot of Heather, how do you hold up a stink? So I went for the safe route of a fork and salt shaker because I saw you guys holding up other stuff from the table.
Geesh. Be more clear next time.

I know I wasn't there, but I was sure Heather was talking about the muscles on the guy behind Sheryl and Annie in that picture, not Vin Diesel. I'm just sure you were all paranoid, but especially Heather, about being stalked by the real hottie on your trip!!

I love this post Steph. I think the not so perfect pictures are way more fun and tell more of a story.

DAD BURN IT!! I have been laughing so hard! Nolan keeps yelling from the other room, "what is so funny?" I am having serious withdrawls from our trip...I think it 's time to start planning the next one!!

Hi Steff, it's me, Best Friend Michelle. I like this view of the trip! You say that to the untrained eye your perfect pictures on the other blogs suggest happiness- well, I think these unperfect pictures show how much fun you had even better! Too bad I was only there in spirit, I would have liked to be in some of these dork face pictures. Actually, if you get to know me at all, you soon realize that that's all I can do in a picture- make a fool of myself. Sheryl has the proof.
